About The Position

E.M. PIZZA, INC., a 66-store Domino’s franchise serving the Los Angeles and Fresno markets, is hiring a customer service representative. The role involves serving customers and working with store team members to process orders. Team members operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily. Work may involve changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
