About The Position

E.M. PIZZA, INC., a 41-store Domino’s franchise serving the Los Angeles and Fresno markets, is hiring Delivery Drivers. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles. The job also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid California driver's license and at least 2 years of licensed driving experience.
• Have a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and handle delivery routes that may include adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
