About The Position

The Customer Service Rep operates equipment; stocks and rotates ingredients from delivery to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; prepares products; receives and processes telephone and internet orders; counts inventory and completes paperwork; and cleans equipment and the facility. The role requires communicating with customers and coworkers verbally and in writing, both over the phone and in person. On-the-job training includes customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
