About The Position

Customer Service Representatives take and process customer orders by phone and in person, help prepare products, and carry out general store duties. Team members operate equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, receive deliveries, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role offers opportunities for advancement, including into management, depending on the employee’s goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing or crouching.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move, carry, push, or pull ingredients, supplies, and trays as needed.
• Perform other store tasks such as removing trash, stocking shelves, cleaning, and maintaining the store.
