About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works as a Domino’s Pizza store team member, helping customers place orders and supporting store operations. The role includes preparing products, handling telephone and in-person orders, maintaining inventory and paperwork, stocking ingredients and supplies, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement, including potential growth into management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including taking out trash and other outside duties.
