About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Customer Service Rep to welcome and assist customers, take and process orders, and help prepare and deliver products according to company specifications. The role calls for an enthusiastic, positive, punctual team member who can maintain a professional appearance and work effectively with customers and coworkers. Schedules may be part-time or full-time and are described as flexible; the job may also suit someone seeking a second job. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Ability to perform assigned activities under stress and meet strict quality-control standards.
Ability to analyze and compile data and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform the physical activities described, including lifting or stacking products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Welcome and communicate with customers in an enthusiastic, positive manner.
Take customer orders and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and coolers; complete related paperwork.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers, perform repetitive tasks, and work alone or with others while meeting quality-control standards.
Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
