About The Position
The Customer Service Rep performs general operational duties, including operating equipment; stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone and internet orders; counting inventory; completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role also requires communicating with customers and coworkers verbally and in writing, both over the phone and in person.
