About The Position

Customer Service Representatives answer customer phone calls, process orders, and prepare pizzas while providing personable customer service. The role offers flexible scheduling and may be part-time or full-time. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may have opportunities to advance into management and other roles within Domino’s.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make rapid, accurate movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products, including pizzas.
Receive and process telephone orders, communicating with customers in person and by phone.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload and store deliveries, and move trays and other supplies as needed.
Perform other store tasks, including occasional outdoor work, maintenance, and cleaning.
