About The Position

Domino's is hiring qualified delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role includes delivering products by car to customers, along with general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities to grow into management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to carry products while walking and climbing, including potentially navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop or bend, crouch or squat, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers' doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a map and navigate to addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
