About The Position
The Delivery Driver works for Domino’s Pizza and is expected to provide polite, courteous, and helpful service to phone and carryout customers while demonstrating knowledge of the menu and the company’s customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra. Drivers must maintain the required professional image, keep their vehicles neat and clean, carry $1 in coin change for every delivery, and say “Let me get your change” on every order. Drivers must not carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money, and may not carry a pocket knife or weapon while working. They must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries, and must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Every order must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed.
