About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and deliver flyers and door hangers. The position also includes general store-team duties, such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The schedule is described as flexible.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including navigating five or more flights of stairs when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate delivery locations, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes.
