About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as a store team member at Domino’s Pizza, helping prepare and sell pizzas and process customer orders. The role may be part-time or full-time, with schedules intended to accommodate team members’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may have opportunities to advance into management or other roles within the company. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; some duties are restricted for team members under 18.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some duties are restricted for anyone under 18.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Meet the role’s physical requirements, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and stock deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies as needed.
• Perform other store tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and changing prices on signs.
