About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives who answer telephone and in-person orders and prepare pizzas. The role offers flexible hours and competitive pay in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. It may be part-time or full-time, and on-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may have opportunities to advance to management or other roles within the company.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, climbing occasionally, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
Ability to work around varying weather and temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
Prepare pizza products and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload deliveries and move, carry, and stock ingredients and supplies.
Perform other store tasks, including taking out trash and occasional maintenance or cleaning tasks.
