About The Position

Customer Service Representatives work as part of the Domino’s Pizza store team to serve customers and help prepare and process orders. Duties may include operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The posting also includes delivery-specific duties and qualifications for team members who deliver products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• For delivery work: valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• For delivery work: access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• For delivery work: navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• For delivery work: ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• For delivery work: far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• For delivery work: deliver products by car to customers’ doors and deliver flyers and door hangers.
• For delivery work: navigate the delivery area and customer locations, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
