About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a customer service representative/pizza artist to help make, bake, and serve pizzas during the day and night. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers schedules intended to accommodate other activities. Team members may have opportunities to advance from customer service into management and other roles within the company. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift and stack deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, with cases lifted from the floor to shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to work around hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, food odors, cornmeal dust, and changing temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload ingredient and supply deliveries using a hand truck and move items to storage shelves.
• Perform other store tasks, including taking out trash, cleaning, stocking, and occasional maintenance.
