About The Position

CTL Aerospace is seeking a Customer Service/Production Assistant for its northern Cincinnati, Ohio location. CTL Aerospace is a full-service FAA/EASA/CAAC Repair Station serving the aerospace industry since 1946, with a Repair Division specializing in the overhaul and repair of aircraft metal and composite components. The role supports production office document control in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Requirements

U.S. citizenship.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Good working knowledge of basic computer software, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Self-directed, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to show strong initiative.
Good time-management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing and office environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a discrete job shop manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

Compile and record production data from customer orders, work orders, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets.
Maintain files of documents used and prepared.
Assist with shop-floor document schedule release.
Use a computer to enter, maintain, access, or retrieve electronic files, reports, or data.
Sort and distribute work orders or materials to workers.
Prepare, maintain, and/or distribute customer order status information and reports.
Assist the Production Manager and supervisors in locating jobs and reporting their status on the shop floor, as well as tracking jobs at outside subcontracting vendors.
Perform other duties related to production office document control.
