About The Position

TurfCasa is hiring a remote Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to help customers get accurate answers and complete orders. The role supports TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas, and coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams. It does not involve physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant’s work location must be confirmed during hiring. Full-time is the primary opening, though part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided. Base pay is $19.25–$22.50 per hour, with starting pay in that range determined by relevant skills and experience.

Requirements

• Clear written communication.
• Careful order entry.
• Comfort learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates, and following approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Answer order and product questions using approved information.
• Enter customer orders and check contact, product, and delivery details.
• Hand confirmed orders to fulfillment and follow up on customer-facing issues.
