About The Position

RIM believes in providing excellent customer service to our customers by providing a broad range of services delivered by well-rounded and capable transportation and logistics professionals. This is achieved investing in a career development path for our employees and through providing job specific training certification processes for Customer Service, International Services team members. The position of Customer Service, International Services is structured to include the responsibility of providing a full range of services which include, Ocean Operations, Air Export Operations, and Import Operations support. At a minimum, individuals hired into this role are expected to be fully capable in one of the three mentioned areas; with the understanding that they are expected to achieve certification in the remaining service areas within a defined period of time.

Requirements

Fully capable in at least one of the following areas: Ocean Operations, Air Export Operations, or Import Operations.

Responsibilities

Providing a full range of services which include, Ocean Operations, Air Export Operations, and Import Operations support.
Achieving certification in Ocean Operations, Air Export Operations, and Import Operations within a defined period of time.
