Requirements

Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related administrative role preferred
Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, or dispatch tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and a true team player with a positive attitude
Experience in the home services, facilities management, or field service industry is a bonus

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused attitude
Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch field technicians for service calls and work orders
Manage and update dispatch schedules to maximize technician efficiency and minimize response times
Track job status and communicate updates to customers and team members in real time
Process work orders, service agreements, and customer account information accurately
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with operations and management to support daily workflow and service goals
