About The Position
Raynor Overhead Doors & Gates is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to help support our field technicians and deliver exceptional service to customers across Oahu. This is more than a typical customer service role — you’ll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and operations, helping keep jobs organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
- Dependable, organized, and enjoy helping both customers and teammates succeed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home services is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules and appointments
- Answer customer calls and provide updates
- Support dispatching and daily operations
- Keep service records accurate and organized
- Help create smooth, positive customer experiences
