Raynor Overhead Doors & Gates is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to help support our field technicians and deliver exceptional service to customers across Oahu. This role is the communication hub between customers, technicians, and operations, helping keep jobs organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferred
- Experience in home services is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technician schedules and appointments
- Answer customer calls and provide updates
- Support dispatching and daily operations
- Keep service records accurate and organized
- Help create smooth, positive customer experiences
