About The Position

The Customer Service Coordinator at Braintree Collision Center welcomes customers when they arrive and seeks to provide exceptional guest experiences by going above and beyond. When not interacting with customers, the coordinator prioritizes helping team members deliver exceptional guest experiences, including responding promptly to requests for information or assistance. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. Final pay depends on factors that may include experience, industry background, and education.
