About The Position

Eggs Unlimited is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of our products and processes. Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is highly desired. The position is 100% based in our Irvine, CA office and may require occasional overtime/weekend and holiday hours.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Experience with data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in using Excel: Pivot tables & VLookup and other formulas
  • Requires in-person work Monday - Friday.
  • Based out of Irvine, CA.
  • Overtime hours are expected.
  • Requires coverage for every other weekend and alternate holidays.

  • Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming EDI/manual orders to fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Enter orders accurately and promptly.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
  • Monitor inventory and projections on need.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Process customer orders and manage order entry in the system.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our egg products, including types, sizes, packaging, and storage requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
