About The Position
In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide incredible service to customers exiting the store. The role may suit someone with an outgoing personality who wants to use their leadership skills.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability for mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Proactively approach customers, assist them in locating products, and answer their questions.
- Promptly respond to cashier requests to help meet customer needs quickly and efficiently.
- Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store, manage the appropriate number of open lanes, and operate registers as needed to reduce customer wait times.
