About The Position

The Customer Service Clerk supports the front-end experience at Milam’s Markets Coral Gables (West), serving customers and helping ensure smooth store transactions. The role includes processing payments, handling money orders and lottery transactions according to store policy, accurately weighing and scanning products, preparing beverages as needed, keeping the register area organized, and responding professionally to customer concerns. The position works in a dynamic retail environment and requires standing throughout the shift.
