This specific role is for an Experienced Customer Service Broker to join the Insurance team in Alberta, working remotely. The successful candidate will report to the Customer Service Broker Team Lead and will be part of the fast-growing insurance brokerage, RH Insurance. The ideal candidate is motivated by working with a startup team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

  • Alberta level 1 licence required
  • Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience

  • BC level 2 licence is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service and professional expert advice to clients
  • Proactively conduct renewal reviews to ensure customer retention targets are met
  • Handle outbound calls to existing clients for renewal review as necessary
  • Liaison with insurers, building and maintaining relationships
  • Administer, support and complete policy changes within our company partner’s portals and websites
  • Review policies and make recommendations as required
  • Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners
  • Coordinate and follow up on client documents
  • Respond to incoming calls and service customer needs
  • Give claims advice to clients, report claims, follow up on claims

Benefits

  • Compensation range for this position is $55,000 - $64,000 CAD
