Customer Service Associate - Champlin, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
This position is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale and for providing Goodwill customers with a positive experience. The associate stocks and maintains merchandising standards on the sales floor while helping maintain a clean and safe environment. The role promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. In a typical day, the associate creates a welcoming atmosphere and a high level of customer service throughout the store, follows policies and procedures, and carries out directives in a timely manner. The associate also helps provide a work environment where program participants can train and develop toward their goals and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers. This is a part-time position in Champlin, Minnesota. A typical part-time schedule is up to 20 hours per week. The pay range is $14.55–$20.01 per hour. The employer describes its retail locations as having no overnight or late closing shifts and limited holiday hours.
