Customer Service Associate - Minnetonka, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale and for providing Goodwill customers with a positive experience. The role also includes stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor while helping maintain a clean and safe environment. The associate promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. A typical day involves creating a welcoming atmosphere and a high level of customer service throughout the store; following policies, procedures, and directives in a timely manner; helping provide a work environment that trains and develops program participants as they work toward their goals; and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers. This is a part-time position in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with a typical schedule of up to 20 hours per week. The listed pay range is $14.55–$20.01 per hour. Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota describes its retail work-life balance as including no overnight or late closing shifts and limited holiday hours. Retail locations are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
