About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to provide exceptional customer service as part of its team. The role focuses on creating positive customer experiences through welcoming interactions, product and membership sales, anticipating and resolving customer needs, and ensuring customers leave with clean, dry, shiny cars. Associates also help maintain clean, inviting sites and work with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. The position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with training and opportunities to learn and grow.
Requirements

- Thank each customer for choosing Mister.
- Anticipate and solve customer needs.
- Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
- Keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
