About The Position

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate point-of-sale transactions and a positive customer experience. The role also stocks and maintains merchandising standards on the sales floor while helping keep the store clean and safe. The associate promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota’s mission and values. The position supports a welcoming atmosphere throughout the store, follows policies and procedures, and carries out directives in a timely manner. It also helps provide a work environment where program participants can train and develop toward their goals, and contributes to a safe environment for employees and customers. This is a part-time role with a typical schedule of up to 20 hours per week. The pay range is $14.55–$20.01 per hour. Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota notes that retail locations have no overnight or late closing shifts, limited holiday hours, and are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
