Customer Service Associate - Maplewood, MN - (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for conducting fast, friendly, and accurate point-of-sale transactions and providing Goodwill customers with a positive experience. The role also involves stocking and maintaining merchandising standards on the sales floor while keeping the environment clean and safe. The associate promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values. In a typical day, the associate creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers, follows store policies and procedures and carries out directives in a timely manner. The associate also helps provide a work environment where program participants can be trained and developed as they work toward their goals, and contributes to a safe environment for employees and customers. This is a part-time position in Maplewood, Minnesota, with a typical schedule of up to 20 hours per week. The stated pay range is $14.55–$20.01 per hour.
