About The Position

The Customer Service Associate - Housekeeper helps maintain the cleanliness and safety of patient rooms, care areas, offices, hallways, and other spaces. This work supports a welcoming and healing healthcare environment for patients, the community, and the team. The associate safely operates cleaning equipment, prepares and applies cleaning chemicals and procedures, and follows security measures when cleaning medication rooms and refrigerators. The role also supports equipment maintenance and process improvement.

Requirements

• Able to read, write, and perform math skills in English.
• Able to relate to others with courtesy and tact under normal and stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cleaning equipment and prepare cleaning chemicals.
• Apply correct cleaning procedures and chemicals.
• Maintain established preventative maintenance procedures on equipment as required.
• Follow appropriate security measures when cleaning medication rooms and refrigerators.
• Respect and understand medication inventory control and security.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
