About The Position

The Customer Service Associate helps ensure each guest receives prompt and reliable service. The role calls for teamwork, good communication skills, and adaptability to change. Associates maintain the store according to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service, processing customer transactions, preparing food and beverages safely, and supporting store cleanliness and security. They also handle deliveries according to company policy, record time worked, and complete daily paperwork and records.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must successfully complete company training.
• 0–6 months of work experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the store according to management’s needs while providing excellent customer service to each guest.
• Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually entering prices, finalizing sales, and collecting payment.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted products, including tobacco, alcohol, and lottery.
• Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations while following safe food-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, register area, and backroom.
• Maintain cleanliness outside the store.
• Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following company safety methods.
• Properly record time worked.
• Complete daily paperwork and record-keeping.
