About The Position

Envoy Air, an American Airlines Group Company, is hiring Customer Service Agents at Northwest Arkansas National Airport. This entry-level position provides customer service to passengers, including greeting them and supporting a seamless check-in and ticketing experience. Agents use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. The role also involves lifting customers’ bags onto the conveyor belt. Paid on-the-job training and development programs are provided. Both full-time and part-time positions are available; this posting is for a part-time role. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $15.77 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
