About The Position
Jiffy Lube Multicare, operated by Stonebriar Auto Services, is hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors, also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs. The role involves consulting with guests to determine or recommend diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. A current, valid driver's license is required; previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
