This is a full-time, early-career work-from-home customer service role for Kentucky residents in a structured contact center environment. The advisor handles health insurance questions from customers, health care providers, and beneficiaries, primarily by phone and also by email. Topics include benefits, eligibility, payments, quality-of-care concerns, and other issues. The role involves listening carefully, showing empathy, reviewing information, and determining appropriate next steps while remaining calm and focused. Advisors navigate multiple computer systems and resources, explain policies and benefits, document interactions, send status updates or service-recovery communications, and route or escalate inquiries when needed. The position has steady call volume, repetitive processes, recorded and reviewed calls, and assigned schedules with limited flexibility. The starting pay is $14 per hour. Training is provided, and a leadership development program is available. Applicants must reside in Kentucky and have a secluded, distraction-free workspace with supported wired high-speed internet. The computer must connect to the modem or router by Ethernet; wireless, 5G, and satellite internet are not supported. Morley provides a six-foot Ethernet cable; a longer cable, if needed, must be supplied by the associate.
