The Customer Service Administrator has a critical role within the Process Instruments manufacturing team. This role is responsible for processing incoming orders, entering the demand into the ERP system, and providing communications to customers. This is a high-volume role that requires significant multitasking and self-prioritization to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of orders to our customers. Monthly revenue targets drive the direction and focus of the manufacturing team.
