About The Position

Seneca Foods in Janesville, WI is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator that will focus their time in the Label/Poly area. The ideal candidate must be able to use a high degree of initiative and independent judgement. This position requires technical knowledge of the specialized area and knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to prepare and analyze requirements and forecasts, technical specifications, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain highly effective working relationships.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel.
  • Knowledge usually acquired through four years of high school. Additional courses in business preferred.
  • 4 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create purchase orders from requirements and/or forecasts.
  • Confer with vendors to obtain service information such as availability and delivery schedules.
  • Run and analyze reports to determine needs.
  • Expedite delivery of goods to users.
  • Other duties as assigned.
