About The Position

Renson N.A. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Admin to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling inquiries, processing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the department. The ideal candidate provides timely, accurate, and professional communication while supporting both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and use company software, CRM/ERP systems as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • High attention to detail when processing orders, documentation, and customer interactions.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers and supporting internal teams.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer communications.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and team.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service procedures and policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Keep all estimates, revisions, and project information accurate and up-to-date in the ERP and company systems.
