Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership, cashiering, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping abilities
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required
  • Ability to work flexible retail/service department hours including Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily loaner fleet operations and vehicle availability
  • Maintain registration, inspection, and maintenance schedules for all loaner vehicles
  • Ensure loaner agreements are accurate, current, and properly documented
  • Monitor open loaner contracts and provide weekly aging reports to management
  • Coordinate guest loaner vehicle pick-up and drop-off services
  • Work closely with valets to ensure vehicles are cleaned and sanitized
  • Manage tolls, tickets, fuel reconciliation, and billing records
  • Maintain accurate records within the TSD Fleet Management System
  • Process customer payments including cash, credit cards, and checks
  • Close repair orders and ensure service documentation is complete
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Service and Parts departments
  • Assist with phone coverage and customer communication
  • Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
