About The Position
Huntington Volvo is actively hiring a Cashier / Service & Parts Clerk / Automotive Billing Clerk / Customer Service Representative to support our high-volume dealership operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive dealerships, retail cashiering, accounts receivable, or service department administration.
Requirements
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Experience in cash handling, billing, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit card, and check transactions
- Reconcile repair orders, invoices, and daily deposits
- Maintain service and parts documentation
- Close open invoices and ensure accuracy
- Provide customer support and issue resolution
- Assist with phone coverage and scheduling support
- Support administrative operations in service & parts departments
