- Full professional proficiency in German and/or English, written and spoken
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Team player, resistant to stress, and can work in a systematic and logical way
- Proficient in common office applications and confident using the internet and email
- Well-developed command of technology and comfortable with communications media
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
