Responsibilities
- Provide fast and thoughtful support to customers via telephone and e-mail in German and/or English
- Carry out daily tasks independently and in a goal-oriented manner
- Ensure highest customer satisfaction
- Have full professional proficiency in German and English, written and spoken, other language is a plus
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills
- Be a team player, resistant to stress, and can work in a systematic and logical way
- Have a natural command of common office applications and are confident using the internet and e-mail
- Have a well-developed command of technology and don’t shy away from communications media
- Be willing to work weekends and holidays
Requirements
