About The Position
The Customer Sales Representative serves as a relationship builder and primary point of contact for customers, helping them find furniture and other products suited to their needs and budgets. The role includes in-person and online customer engagement, sales, follow-up, lead management, social media promotion, and maintaining an attractive, functional showroom. The position is based in person in Logan, Ohio, and requires the ability to commute or relocate there before starting.

- Be able to move furniture and stay physically active throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and online and build positive customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their lives and budgets.
- Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and encourage future purchases.
- Host Facebook Live events to showcase products.
- Manage customer leads from chat inquiries, promotions, and other sources, and convert them into deliveries.
- Find new business and help maintain store activity.
- Keep the showroom clean, functional, and correctly priced.
- Help arrange products and create attractive displays.
- Work with the team and assist where needed.
- Move furniture and remain active throughout the workday.
