About The Position

Rent 2 Own is seeking a Customer Sales Representative who builds customer relationships, helps customers find products that fit their needs and budgets, and supports sales growth. The role combines in-person and online customer service, lead management, social media promotion, and showroom merchandising. The company is looking for someone with leadership experience who takes initiative, finds solutions, works with urgency, and is motivated to grow and achieve goals. The position is in person and full-time, with a 40-hour workweek. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 AM–6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM–4 PM, with Sundays and one additional weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people.
Proficiency with social media, texting, and digital platforms.
Team-oriented approach and willingness to help where needed.
Ability and willingness to move furniture and stay active throughout the day.
Valid driver's license (required).

Responsibilities

Greet customers in person and online and build strong relationships.

Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and support future purchases.
Host Facebook Live events to showcase products.
Manage customer leads from chat inquiries, promotions, and other sources, and convert them into deliveries.
Find new business and contribute to store sales.
Keep the showroom clean, functional, and accurately priced.
Help arrange products and create appealing displays.
Work with the team and assist wherever needed.
Move furniture and remain active throughout the workday.
