About The Position

The Customer Sales Associate works at Trane Supply in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving as a trusted advisor to customers visiting the store. The role helps customers resolve parts and equipment issues, provides parts and solutions in a timely manner, supports sales goals, and manages orders to promote smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. The associate stays informed about Trane products, offerings, and promotions, and interacts with customers in person and by phone. The position is onsite five days per week and may require overtime or weekend work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment emphasizing customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional customer service in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and identify the best way to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions, or complaints about Parts and Supply offerings; offer solutions that support customer satisfaction and future sales.
• Stay current on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management processes accurately, including entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment to support timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with warehouse and inventory management work as needed.
• Work overtime or weekends when required.
