About The Position

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales and Service Representative in Nashville, Tennessee. In this onsite role, you will provide professional, timely support to customers and the sales team. You will work with customers and Account Managers to identify products and services, address customer needs, and build positive, ongoing business relationships. The position also includes sourcing parts, helping in the stockroom as needed, and driving and delivering materials to customers. Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience.
Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
Must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers and Account Managers to identify products and services, meet customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.
Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
Expedite orders and process returns.
Source parts.
Assist in generating sales.
Help in the stockroom as needed.
Drive and deliver materials to customers.
