About The Position
The Customer Relations Coordinator represents the medical office building or medical center as a welcoming official to patients and visitors. The role provides exemplary customer service by greeting and orienting patients and visitors to the facility. As the facility’s first impression, the coordinator is expected to act in a positive, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Maturity, accountability, problem-solving ability, initiative, consideration, and courteousness.
- Professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors entering the medical office building or medical center.
- Greet and orient patients and visitors to the facility.
- Represent the facility positively, helpfully, and professionally.
