About The Position

The Coordinator Customer Relations assists in providing Owners and guests with experiences and events that help create memorable vacation memories. The role offers concierge-style service to guests staying on a promotional vacation package, including communicating with preview tour customers by telephone before their scheduled arrival and tour date. The Coordinator provides information about property amenities, discusses guests’ stays, property services, and area attractions, identifies special customer needs and arranges for them to be met upon arrival, and addresses service needs professionally, positively, and promptly. The position also involves welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests, and following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

Be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy talking with guests by phone and/or in person.
Be able to reach overhead and below the knees and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed information about property amenities.
Engage customers in conversations about their stay, property services, and area attractions and offerings.
Identify special customer needs and arrange to have them fulfilled upon arrival.
Address customers’ service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Welcome and greet guests, anticipate their needs, and address them.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.
