About The Position

Anthropic is hiring a Customer Program Manager to lead its Executive Briefing program at a briefing center and help establish a consistent global operating model. The program brings senior leaders from strategic customers together with Anthropic spokespeople, product leaders, and researchers. The role owns briefings end to end, including qualification and intake, agenda design, speaker selection, and day-of execution. The program manager partners with Sales to set objectives and tailor agendas, and advises local account teams on using briefings to advance strategic opportunities. The role also manages a global workstream, developing standards and practices that support consistent customer experiences across briefing centers while accommodating regional differences. This is a highly cross-functional position. It involves working with regional GTM leadership and the Office of the CCO on account selection and program strategy; Product Marketing on content; Solutions on technical deep-dives and demos; executives on sponsorship and participation; and Workplace, Security, and Revenue Operations on logistics and systems. The manager will also oversee program measurement and reporting, contribute to scalable playbooks and tooling, and onboard and coach team members and contractors. The role requires working onsite at the briefing center when briefings take place.
